Duration
2 weeks
A concept product born from the overlap of 3D modeling and AI image generation. The brief was self-imposed: design a smart water bottle from scratch — temperature display, hydration reminder, LED feedback — and push visual development across four distinct material identities using a hybrid pipeline.
Challenge
Making a hybrid workflow invisible. The final output had to read as a single, coherent product line — not as "some 3D, some AI." Every colorway needed consistent proportions, accurate surface detail at macro level, and materials that held up under close inspection: carbon fiber weave, brushed aluminum, matte coating, knurled rubber grip.
Solution
3D as the structural foundation, AI as the material and environment accelerator. Four colorways — matte black, burnt copper, deep navy, brushed silver — each placed in environments that match their character. The pipeline delivered product-ready visuals at a speed and volume traditional rendering alone wouldn't allow.
