Hellmarch
Cinematic Trailer for a Fictional Game
01 / Project overview
A rain-soaked dark‑fantasy world introduced through atmosphere, silhouette and a measured cinematic reveal.
Project description
Hellmarch is a cinematic trailer for a fictional game. The film follows a single armored figure across a devastated battlefield, building tension through rain, scale, close detail and the contrast between blackened steel and a crimson mantle.
Narrative approach
The sequence withholds exposition and lets the world emerge through image and sound. Landscape, armor and formation carry the story before the title appears.
The world arrives before the name.
The 32-second film moves from the aftermath of battle to a controlled character reveal, then resolves into the Hellmarch emblem.
A battlefield before the figure.
Broken weapons, flooded ground and distant formations establish the setting before the central figure is introduced. Mud, rain, smoke and fire carry the scale of conflict without dialogue.
Black steel. Crimson cloth.
A closed helmet, weathered plate, a long red mantle and a heavy sword define the protagonist. Tight crops turn material, silhouette and gesture into the visual identity of the film.
Tension built through distance and detail.
The edit moves between wide battlefield views, frontal portraits and fragments of the sword and armor. Each change in scale advances the reveal while preserving a single visual language.
AI-assisted, shaped as one film.
AI tools supported image and motion development across the project. The final piece was built through visual direction, continuity choices, shot selection, pacing and editorial control.
